Terms and Conditions of Promotional Campaign
德信体育 PTH 50 - "PTH Manual Pallet Truck", promotion "3 Year Warranty"
德信体育 (德信体育) warrants for the sole and exclusive benefit of the original purchaser company of the equipment sold by 德信体育 that such equipment is free from defects in material, producing and workmanship under normal and proper use, operation and maintenance. This promotional warranty to the equipment in question lasts for 3 (three) years, according to the following points:
- The "3 year warranty" promotion is valid for equipment purchased as of 04/02/2017 exclusively for the "PTH 50 Hand Pallet Truck" model sold by 德信体育 in Brazil.
- 德信体育 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time.
- Through this promotion, 德信体育 offers to the original purchaser of the " PTH 50 Hand Pallet Truck" promotional warranty for a period of up to 3 (three) years, if the equipment is used in accordance with its instruction manual and under normal conditions of use, in case of breakage or malfunction, considering, therefore, for the promotional guarantee, the structure of the "PTH 50 Manual Pallet" composed of:
- Hydraulic unit
- Hydraulic pump
- Command arm
- Handle
- Lifting arm
- Chassis
- Rod
- The term of validity of the promotional guarantee is counted from the delivery and fully payment of the "PTH 50 Manual Pallet" by its original purchaser.
- In the event of a possible structural defect presented by the "PTH 50 Manual Pallet Truck", the original purchaser should contact 德信体育 to report the event. After reviewing the equipment by the 德信体育 technical area and determining the defect as not arising from misuse, the equipment will be replaced with a new one.
- Costs of shipping and return of the equipment, including, but not limited to: freight, insurance and packaging, will not be 德信体育's responsibility.
- Damage or defects arising out of overload or improper use, negligence, misapplication, accident, failure to follow instructions or other causes not originating in the manufacture of the equipment are not within the scope of this warranty.
- The images presented in promotion are merely illustrative. We reserve the right of possible typos, change of value and announced condition.
